Why do kids love certain flavours and dislike others? Before answering these questions Katja Schuurman had her taste and preferences tested in the ‘Restaurant of the future’ in Wageningen, which also features FaceReader.

FaceReader was used in combination with galvanic skin response sensors and a heart rate monitor to test Katjas food preference. These measures confirmed a natural dislike for sour and bitter also in Katjas preferences and dislikes.
